＜学生定期健康診断について＞

4月7日（火）13：00～15：30,4月8日（水）9：00～15：30（受付終了）に行います。

オリエンテーション時に必要物品を配布します。日程と流れを下記で確認してください。

※発熱や咳、のどの痛み、体がだるいなど体調不良のある方は、自宅で療養してください。

体調不良等で4月に受けることができなかった方は、保健管理センターにご連絡ください。

※社会人学生は、勤務先で健康診断を受けてください。健康診断結果証の大学への提出は不要です。

※健康診断の結果、再検査等が必要な方には、携帯電話へ連絡をします。

保健管理センターから着信履歴（0776-27-8513）があった場合、折り返しお電話下さい。

The annual student health checkup will be held on

April 7 (Tue)13：00～15：30 and April 8 (Wed) 9:00～15:30 (Reception closed).

* If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or sluggishness, please recuperate at home.

If you were unable to take the course in April due to ill health, please contact the Health Administration Center.
